REGISTERED LINE TECHNICIAN (RLT)
ABOUT THE POSITION
Not a Registered Line Technician already? Don't worry! We'll train you and get you registered with the state.
A registered line technician, or RLT, is responsible for the 1:1 care with our kiddos. They are responsible for teaching and providing direct therapy to the children, as well as collecting data, implementing science driven programs, and inputting data. Our technicians receive extensive training from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and will continue to receive supervision and training throughout their time at ATLAS.
REQUIREMENTS
For candidates interested in salary based RLT positions, Bachelor's or Master's level degrees are required. Both hourly and salary candidates must have a legal driver license and must be able to pass a background check issued by the state. All candidates must have at least a high-school diploma.
PREFERRED CANDIDATES

Any experience working with children

A background in Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech, Psychology or Education

Experience as an behavior line technician

Enrolled in an ABA Master's program

Excited, energetic, and motivated individuals
