Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Ian received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2012. From 2013-2014, Ian worked as a special education teacher in the St. James Parish Public School System, using the Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling (CABAS) method. While working as a teacher, Ian received his Masters of Education in High Incidence Disabilities with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nicholls State University. In 2016, Ian earned his license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as recognized by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board.  Ian has worked with children with disabilities in various clinical and school settings across southern Louisiana since 2010.

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has worked with children with disabilities in the clinical setting since February 2017. In 2019, Ashley graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She received her license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020.


Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Gabby graduated from LSU in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Arts. After working a couple of mundane office jobs, she realized that she wanted to work in a field that helped people. After learning about ABA therapy, she knew that she wanted to work in the field of Behavior Analysis. She has been an RLT since 2017 and she is currently taking classes pursuing her BCaBA. She hopes to be accepted into the Master’s program by the end of the year to pursue her BCBA. When she’s not working or studying, you can find her watching tv, eating a snack, or laughing at her own jokes.

Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ATLAS. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in Special Education with a concentration in communication disorders. She moved to New Orleans a little over 4 years ago to begin her career in ABA therapy. Taylor graduated from Ball State University’s masters program of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism in 2020 and earned her board certification shortly after. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, attending local festivals, and going to concerts. 



Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)

Michelle Haydel graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelors in Communications Sciences and Disorders in 2017. She has been working as a Registered Behavior Technician since July 2017. She originally wanted to become a Speech Pathologist but when she started working with her clients in the ABA field she knew that this was where she belonged.  Michelle truly loves her job and the amazing kids she gets to work with. She has the sweetest little dog named Buzz and loves the New Orleans Saints.



Registered Line Technician (RLT)

Alicia is a Registered Line Technician at Atlas Autism Center. Alicia has a Masters Degree in Special Education and a Speech Therapist Assistance License.  She's been in the ABA field for 4 years and is attending graduate school at Florida Institute of Technology to pursue her BCBA.  Married to her husband Darren for 23 years, she has two boys, Logan and Peyton and 2 dogs,Voodoo and Laveau.  When she is not busy with her sons' lives of kart racing, soccer games, and school events, she enjoys traveling and attending local festivals & concerts with friends while sampling a variety of New Orlean's cuisine. Her interest in studying behavior while working with children is a passion that will continue to grow.

Lauren is a born and raised Louisianian who graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall of 2016. She has been working as an RLT since May of 2017 and decided to further her education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She expects to graduate with her masters degree in July of 2019. She is a mom to the sweetest pup and loves to spend her downtime with friends.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Tasha graduated from Delgado Community College with an Associate's Degree in Respiratory. She later decided to take a different path in life and has been an RLT for 4 years. She is a mother of two amazing children, Aubrey and Cosmo, and has been with their father Philip for 18 years. They love to take mini family vacations. Tasha loves being a mom and working with children. 


Office Manager

Briana Parker graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2015 with a degree in Psychology. She hopes to go back for her master’s degree to become a school counselor.  When you give ATLAS a call she will likely be on the other end of the line. She loves to spend her downtime with friends and going out to eat at the hottest new restaurant in town. You can catch her roller skating or walking a pair of big huskies after work.

Natalie was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2016. She has been working with children for over 5 years, as both a teacher and  and  a line technician as of November 2018. She will soon further her degree in speech pathology by enrolling in a masters program. “Helping children is the most rewarding job I can think of,” she says. Natalie loves family and friend time and loves living in the most cultural hub called New Orleans.

Hillary was born and raised in Ithaca, NY. She received her Bachelor’s from The New School University in New York City. She hopes to further her graduate education in either nursing or occupational therapy. You can either find her at various sporting events in the surrounding areas or playing with her sweet dog, Mya.

Bailey was born and raised in New Orleans and graduated from St. Mary's Dominican in 2016 and Louisiana State University in May of 2020 with a BS in Psychology. She has been working in the field of ABA as an RLT since August of 2019. She enjoys working with children and plans to pursue a PhD in clinical psychology or go into pediatric psychiatric nursing. When not working, Bailey enjoys binge watching her favorite show Law and Order SVU, trying new foods around the city, or hanging with her friends and family.

Sydney Lowe was born and raised in New Orleans. She graduated from Academy of the Sacred Heart in 2012 and graduated from Ole Miss with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2016. She was a full time care taker for a toddler with a heart disability and after she was an assistant teacher for the early childhood program at Kehoe France school. Currently, she is obtaining her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism at Ball State University and has been working in the ABA field since 2018. She loves working with children with Autism and helping them reach their goals and in her free time, she also loves to cook, play tennis, shop, and explore new places.

Hailey graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2014. She has been working as a Registered Line Technician for five years. In 2020, Hailey earned a Master of Science degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis. When she is not working, Hailey enjoys playing with her dog, Apollo, doing barre3, going to music festivals, and spending time with her fiancé, Nicholas, and friends.

James Patrick is a registered line  technician. He was born in raised in Destrehan, Louisiana. He graduated with a degree in psychology in December 2016 from university of New Orleans. He has worked with children with disabilities since 2017. He loves caring for children and his job and co coworkers. He’s since married to his wife Rachel since 2017 with one cat, lil peep.

In 2015, Shannon received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Louisiana. While in school, she was introduced to the world of ABA and hasn't looked back since. Last year, Shannon received her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and she is currently studying to become a BCBA. One of the many reasons why she loves her job is being able to witness the many milestones that the little ones accomplish each and everyday. In her spare time, she enjoys makeup, watching Law and Order: SVU marathons, hanging with close family and friends, spending quality times with her boyfriend, Brett, and their pup, Murphy.

Jade has always had a passion for working with children and watching them grow into to something special because she understands that they are the future. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Holy Cross in 2018. Jade has been working as an RLT since June 2018.  She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Once receiving her masters, she hopes to  continue to work with children with disabilities and help make a change in the community. When she is not working or studying, Jade enjoys spending time with her family and friends, or finding the best bargain deals at thrift stores!

Allison is a Pacific Northwest Native and received her undergraduate degree in English Language and Literature in 2012. In 2014, she moved to New Orleans to complete an educational AmeriCorps program as an assistant teacher and data analyst for a charter middle school for the 2014-2015 school year. In 2017, Allison began working as an RLT for a private ABA company for young children with ASD. There, she fell in love with her clients, their families, and made lasting connections with the students she worked with which led her to pursue her BCBA certification. In December 2020, she graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. In her free time, Allison enjoys spending time with friends and biking around the city.

Allee will be graduating from Louisiana State University in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies. Throughout college, she has had the opportunity to work with kids of all ages in both clinical and school settings. She is excited to continue learning and growing at ATLAS. Allee intends on attending medical school to become a pediatrician. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, playing music, and painting.

Registered Line Technician (RLT)

Caitlin graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2018. She began her ABA career in 2019 as a Registered Line Technician. Caitlin is currently attending Florida Institute of Technology with the goal to achieve her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. On her off days, you will find her fishing, watching football (Geaux Saints), or enjoying quality time with her dog Einstein.

Dashawn was born and raised in New Orleans, LA. She received her Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2018. She began working in the field of ABA as a Registered Line Technician in 2019 and is currently obtaining her Master’s in Behavior Analysis from Simmons University – Online to pursue a career as a BCBA. Dashawn loves being able to make a difference in the lives of the children she works with; she finds it extremely rewarding to help them grow, accomplish goals, and maximize their independence. In her downtime, she loves binge-watching her favorite TV shows (The Office, The Walking Dead, Law & Order: SVU), spending time with her family and friends, cooking her favorite foods, and traveling.
