IAN R. VIGNES, M.ED., BCBA, LBA

Ian received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2012. From 2013-2014, Ian worked as a special education teacher in the St. James Parish Public School System, using the Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling (CABAS) method. While working as a teacher, Ian received his Masters of Education in High Incidence Disabilities with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nicholls State University. In 2016, Ian earned his license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as recognized by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Ian has worked with children with disabilities in various clinical and school settings across southern Louisiana since 2010.

ASHLEY BOUDREAUX, BCBA, LBA

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has worked with children with disabilities in the clinical setting since February 2017. In 2019, Ashley graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She received her license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020.

GABBY RODRIGUEZ, BCBA, LBA

Gabby graduated from LSU in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Arts. After working a couple of mundane office jobs, she realized that she wanted to work in a field that helped people. After learning about ABA therapy, she knew that she wanted to work in the field of Behavior Analysis. Gabby earned her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Behavior Analyst in December of 2021. When she’s not working or studying, you can find her watching tv, eating a snack, or laughing at her own jokes.

TAYLOR COOLEY, BCBA, LBA

Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ATLAS. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in Special Education with a concentration in communication disorders. She moved to New Orleans a little over 4 years ago to begin her career in ABA therapy. Taylor graduated from Ball State University’s masters program of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism in 2020 and earned her board certification shortly after. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, attending local festivals, and going to concerts.

Mrs. Val” attended Louisiana State University and Our Lady of Holy Cross College. She has worked in the medical field for over 30 years. She has held positions as Physicians Office Manager, Hospital Central Registration Manager and Billing and Collection Supervisor. She enjoys being creative and working on crafts in her free time. She loves spending time with her family and vacationing at Disney World.

RACHELLE MORRIS, BCBA, LBA

Rachelle received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University of Louisiana in 1993. She worked in various business sectors until 2009. While teaching in the St. John Parish School System, Rachelle obtained her Middle School Math, High School Math and
High Incidence Disabilities Mild Moderate teaching certifications through the Louisiana Resource Center for Educators alternative certification program. In 2014, she earned her Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Southeastern University of Louisiana. Rachelle
served as a high school math teacher to struggling students and a special education teacher for the St. John Parish Public School System from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, she continued her career as a high school math teacher to struggling students in the St. James Parish Public School
System. In 2017, Rachelle followed her heart and began working as a teacher to students with high incidence disabilities while completing her studies in Applied Behavior Analysis at Nicholl’s State University. In June of 2021, Rachelle earned her certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and continued to practice ABA in her classroom until she completed Her career in public education in May of 2022. Rachelle is excited to continue her career as a BCBA in the clinical setting.
