Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Ian received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Louisiana State University in 2012. From 2013-2014, Ian worked as a special education teacher in the St. James Parish Public School System, using the Comprehensive Application of Behavior Analysis to Schooling (CABAS) method. While working as a teacher, Ian received his Masters of Education in High Incidence Disabilities with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nicholls State University. In 2016, Ian earned his license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst as recognized by the national Behavior Analyst Certification Board.  Ian has worked with children with disabilities in various clinical and school settings across southern Louisiana since 2010. 


Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Southeastern Louisiana University. She has worked with children with disabilities in the clinical setting since February 2017. In 2019, Ashley graduated with a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. She received her license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020.


Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst

Gabby graduated from LSU in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Media Arts. After working a couple of mundane office jobs, she realized that she wanted to work in a field that helped people. After learning about ABA therapy, she knew that she wanted to work in the field of Behavior Analysis. She has been an RLT since 2017 and she is currently taking classes pursuing her BCaBA. She hopes to be accepted into the Master’s program by the end of the year to pursue her BCBA. When she’s not working or studying, you can find her watching tv, eating a snack, or laughing at her own jokes.

Natasha Barrons, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Born and raised in New Orleans, Tasha graduated from Delgado Community College with an Associate's Degree in Respiratory. She later decided to take a different path in life and has been an RLT for 4 years. She is a mother of two amazing children, Aubrey and Cosmo, and has been with their father Philip for 18 years. They love to take mini family vacations. Tasha loves being a mom and working with children. 

Briana Parker


Briana Parker graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2015 with a degree in Psychology. She hopes to go back for her master’s degree to become a school counselor.  When you give ATLAS a call she will likely be on the other end of the line. She loves to spend her downtime with friends and going out to eat at the hottest new restaurant in town. You can catch her roller skating or walking a pair of big huskies after work. 

Taylor Perryman, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Taylor is our Registered Line Technician at ATLAS. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in Special Education with a concentration in communication disorders. She moved to New Orleans a little over 3 years ago to begin her career in ABA therapy. Taylor is currently enrolled in Ball State University’s masters program of Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her fiancé, attending local festivals, and going to concerts. She is the recent mother to two adorable cats, Greyboy Allstar and George Porter III, named after some of her favorite musicians. 

Michelle Haydel, RBT

Registered Behavior Technician

Michelle Haydel graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a bachelors in Communications Sciences and Disorders in 2017. She has been working as a Registered Behavior Technician since July 2017. She originally wanted to become a Speech Pathologist but when she started working with her clients in the ABA field she knew that this was where she belonged.  Michelle truly loves her job and the amazing kids she gets to work with. She has the sweetest little dog named Buzz and loves the New Orleans Saints.

Alicia McDonough, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Alicia is a Registered Line Technician at Atlas Autism Center. Alicia has a Masters Degree in Special Education and a Speech Therapist Assistance License.  She's been in the ABA field for 4 years and is attending graduate school at Florida Institute of Technology to pursue her BCBA.  Married to her husband Darren for 23 years, she has two boys, Logan and Peyton and 2 dogs,Voodoo and Laveau.  When she is not busy with her sons' lives of kart racing, soccer games, and school events, she enjoys traveling and attending local festivals & concerts with friends while sampling a variety of New Orlean's cuisine. Her interest in studying behavior while working with children is a passion that will continue to grow.

Lauren Connolly, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Lauren is a born and raised Louisianian who graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in the fall of 2016. She has been working as an RLT since May of 2017 and decided to further her education in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. She expects to graduate with her masters degree in July of 2019. She is a mom to the sweetest pup and loves to spend her downtime with friends.

Natalie Hahn, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Natalie was born and raised in Louisiana and graduated from the University of New Orleans in 2016. She has been working with children for over 5 years, as both a teacher and  and  a line technician as of November 2018. She will soon further her degree in speech pathology by enrolling in a masters program. “Helping children is the most rewarding job I can think of,” she says. Natalie loves family and friend time and loves living in the most cultural hub called New Orleans.

Hillary Palmer, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Hillary was born and raised in Ithaca, NY. She received her Bachelor’s from The New School University in New York City. She hopes to further her graduate education in either nursing or occupational therapy. You can either find her at various sporting events in the surrounding areas or playing with her sweet dog, Mya. 

Veronica Lowe, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Veronica graduated from the University of New Orleans Suma Cum Laude with her Bachelors of the Arts in Spring of 2018. She plans to go for her Masters in Art Therapy, utilizing her love for the arts, in neurological development and trauma recovery. Since discovering ABA therapy in February of 2019, she has uncovered a passion for working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and plans to continue this work well into her career. When she is not in ATLAS Veronica can be found painting, traveling, or walking her wonderful dogs Lola and Sadie.

Sydney Lowe, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Sydney Lowe was born and raised in New Orleans. She graduated from Academy of the Sacred Heart in 2012 and graduated from Ole Miss with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2016. She was a full time care taker for a toddler with a heart disability and after she was an assistant teacher for the early childhood program at Kehoe France school. Currently, she is obtaining her Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism at Ball State University and has been working in the ABA field since 2018. Sydney is fluent in both English and Spanish. She loves working with children with Autism and helping them reach their goals and in her free time, she also loves to cook, play tennis, shop, and explore new places. 

Hailey Haindel, RLT

Registered Line Technician

Hailey graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology in 2014. She has been working as a Registered Line Technician for five years. In 2020, Hailey earned a Master of Science degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Applied Behavior Analysis. When she is not working, Hailey enjoys playing with her dog, Apollo, doing barre3, going to music festivals, and spending time with her fiancé, Nicholas, and friends.
