OUR CLIENTS

Currently, ATLAS provides services to children between the ages of 2 and 6 with an Autism Spectrum Diagnosis in the Greater New Orleans area. ATLAS focuses on increasing verbal behavior, thus we accept clients of varying levels on the spectrum. ATLAS provides therapy to children with deficits in communication, social behavior, and adaptive skills, as well as those engaging in problem behavior.

Because ATLAS focuses on treating the family as a unit, parents and guardians must be open to and available for training. In order for the ATLAS to be effective at affecting behavior and making meaningful changes in the lives of our clients, consistency must exist across settings and people. Therefore, parents are expected to attend weekly trainings and to apply the skills and techniques learned into their own homes.
